Update from Ladle Fellowship on Addressing COVID-19:

Our ministry has had to quickly adapt to the way we provide meals to the homeless and poor in the downtown area.  We have gone to a "Grab & Go" meal out on Date St.  Each hot meal is wrapped with a devotion, anti-bacterial wipe, and some toiletry items.  With social distancing, they are given a meal and told that we love them and they're in our prayers.
Our Street Choir has gone virtual!  Rather than rehearsing together on Wednesday evenings, the choir meets online to keep our group together.  Though not singing together, we are meeting as a group to lift each other up and share prayer requests.
Our Street Medical Team is made the effort to go out into the neighborhoods and parks and currently planning "house-calls."  We'll do temperature checks, wrap wounds and pray alongside them.
Our mentoring program has been suspended the face-to-face meetings with mentees, and have gone either virtual or by phone.
Our Wednesday Bible study has been postponed until we reopen the campus.
